All sabers will be installed with LGT smooth swing cores as a default (unless stated otherwise). If you are after custom electronics such as Xenopixel or Proffie, just get in contact with us and we can work it out.
The metal sabers are combat ready, however as with every saber, take care with combat and do not go too hard! Unfortunately the 3D resin printed sabers cannot be used for dueling, they are for display and cosplay only.
Yes, if there are not other custom sabers or projects underway. Head over to the custom commissions page and send us an email with your details and what you are after. We will then get back to you as soon as there is space for your project.
All sabers take a standard 1″ lightsaber blade, so any blades purchased from other stores should fit these sabers as long as they are true 1″ saber blades.
We try to have your orders out as quickly as possible, however, we allow up to 3 days to make sure your order is picked correctly and packaged for safe transport.
When you purchase a 3D print file from Tethan Props, you will be sent an email confirming the order and there will be a section that will allow you to download the files from our website.
With this download you have permission to use this for personal use only. Paying for this file does not transfer ownership of the file and can not be used for commercial purposes (e.g. selling of 3D products printed from this file).
We do ship internationally. It can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.
We offer flat rate shipping.

For international orders, there may be some local duties and taxes depending on local laws. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We do not pay local duties and taxes.
The duration of shipping depends on the location of where the order is going.
Domestic: Up to 1 week
International: Up to 2 weeks

We strive to make sure that the quality and design of the products that you have ordered are of a high standard and each order is packed to ensure no damage during transit.
If there is any damage with your order, please reach out right away. We require photos to show the damage and we can let you know how to proceed.
We do accept change of mind returns as long as the following conditions are followed:
- We are notified with in 2 weeks of delivery
- The products is to be sent back to us
- The product is in resale-able condition
Note: with change of mind returns, we can not refund shipping on your order and postage costs to send back to us is at the customers cost.
